Analyze, and reflect in terms of ideologies that dictate the role to be fulfilled by men and women in society, creating gender inequalities in the exercise. Now it seems that the struggle for a new human identity from the biological fact, is reaching, however, what is really difficult is to be able to act and be seen as human beings with equal chance of development and freedom for both women and men. While it builds the structure and culture around sexual difference of individuals that form in every society, it seems that also determines the fate of people, attributing certain characteristics and meanings to the actions that facilities shall perform, and have been socially constructed, which implies a strong challenge to its abolition. But what position gender has in society? Do male and female have differences between them? Are there fixed roles to follow as dictated by society? Gender can be defined as the equitable treatment of women and men, according to the requirements concerning each of them, where it may include equal treatment in terms of rights, benefits, obligations and opportunities.
